MUSLIMAHS WHO TRAVEL is a safe community for adventurous Muslim women who travel. I interviewed both of the co-founders, Kareemah Ashiru of Hijabi Globetrotter and Sally Elbassir of Passport and Plates, on The Maverick Show. She interweaves politics and history with the beauty of the human spirit, the thrill of travel, the complexities of present day power inequalities across the globe, and the transformative impact travel has on us as we move through the world.
